About Us
Grandma Jane’s Playhouse
Grandma Jane’s Playhouse was created in honor of my mom, Jane Johns, who passed away in February 2023. She meant the world to me, my children, and my grandchildren. We wanted to do something special to keep her memory alive, so we opened Grandma Jane’s Playhouse as a tribute to the love she had for her family.
At first, we thought this space would just be a small community hub—a place for my family and friends to connect and have fun. But as time went on, it became clear that Grandma Jane’s Playhouse had a bigger purpose. It’s now a place where parents, caregivers and children of all abilities, and families from all over can come together. We’re all about creating a supportive, welcoming environment where children can play, and parents can find a sense of community.
We’re passionate about making sure every child has a safe place to grow and every parent feels connected. That’s why we decided to become a nonprofit, so we can provide affordable services and make sure families from all walks of life can enjoy what we offer. Whether it’s for play, support, or just a break from the day-to-day, we’re here for you.
Come visit us at Grandma Jane’s Playhouse, where everyone is welcome, and family is at the heart of everything we do.
